How often are rankings checked?
Weekly by default, or daily if you choose. Each keyword shows its position, 7-day movement, the page that ranks and the best competitor.
Which AI assistants do you check?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude. Your questions are asked again every week, so you can see how answers change. Your own questions are included from the Pro plan.
Where does the data come from?
Rankings come from live Google results, AI data from the assistants' own answers and traffic data from your Google Search Console.
Will drafts invent product details?
No. Drafts only use your business profile and the product facts you have confirmed. Every draft gets a fact check that marks claims without a source.
Can I connect my own AI tools?
Yes, through MCP. You use a key tied to your workspace, and it never has more access than you do.
Is my data kept separate?
Yes. Each workspace's data is isolated from other customers, and Search Console access is read-only. You can disconnect it at any time.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are monthly. After you cancel you are not charged again and you keep access until the end of the paid month.
Which cards and buyer regions are supported?
Visa and Mastercard are supported subject to Stripe eligibility and bank approval. Stripe Managed Payments currently excludes buyers located in mainland China; using Visa or Mastercard does not remove this restriction. A card brand or issuing bank alone does not establish buyer eligibility. We do not guarantee UnionPay for our HKD checkout. Available payment methods and currencies are shown at checkout.
